Kyung H. Yoon

Kyung is founder and chief executive officer of Talent Age Associates. The firm provides CEO, board and senior-level executive searches, along with leadership coaching and interim financial expertise. Kyung has unparalleled access to the very top-level executives and corporate directors due to her past and current extensive board experience as a director of Silicon Vally Bank (NASDAQ:SIVB), MCM Worldwide/Sungjoo Group, Mobile Money Ventures, and as Trustee, Former Chairman and President of the Asia America MultiTechnology Association (AAMA), Advisory Board of Asia Society of Northern California and Stanford Business School SPRIE (Stanford Program for Regions of Innovation and Entrepreneurship). She provides her boards and clients with the role of strategic, trusted advisor and provides a unique, global perspective to business challenges and opportunities. Before starting Talent Age Associates, Kyung spent 14 years with the global executive search firm Heidrich & Struggles. Rising to become vice chairman, she led Heidrick & Struggles’ expansion in Asia, and managed the Singapore, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Taipei, Shanghai, and Seoul offices. She earned a B.A. in economics and French from Goucher College in Balitmore, and an M.B.A. in finance and marketing from the University of Chicago.
